Yes, all our plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to sign up. You can explore all the features of your chosen plan to ensure it's the right fit for your business.

A user is any active employee, manager, or administrator with an account on the platform. You are only billed for the number of active users in your account each month. You can add or remove users at any time.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account's billing settings. Changes are pro-rated, so you only pay for what you use.

If you need to add more users or locations than your current plan allows, you will be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. We do not charge unexpected overage fees. You are always in control of your subscription.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we can also support invoicing via bank transfer.
